What is CBD?
Cannabidiol, or CBD is one of the 113 cannabinoids found in hemp and is naturally present in cannabis. CBD, unlike THC, is non-psychoactive and will not make you high. Its effects are not recognized by the FDA, but CBD has been used for thousands of years to help alleviate pains and with various health issues. Not to be confused with hemp seed oil, CBD comes from the flowers and leaves of the plant.
CBD oil has been shown in many studies to help treat inflammation, pain, anxiety, stress, IBS, acne, sleep disorders, depression, psychosis, spasms, and other conditions without feeling drowsy or high when taking the recommended serving.
Do your products contain THC?
Our botanical CBD oils are full-spectrum and contains trace of THC, but always less than 0.3% of THC!
Will CBD oil result in a positive drug test?
Our botanical CBD oils are full-spectrum and contains trace of THC. Depending on your consumption and dosing, consuming CBD oil can lead to positive drug test!
Are Esanssi oils vegan and allergen-free?
Yes, we want to keep our oils as natural as possible! All our products are vegan, gluten-free and allergen-free.
We also test our oils for heavy metals, pesticides and chemical additives (and they’re free from all of that!)
How long can I keep my Esanssi oils for?
Our botanical CBD oils have a 2 years shelf life and do not need to be refrigerated. A lot number and expiration date is written on every full size bottle we ship.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Square.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay your order in 4 installments thanks to a service called Viabill. Just select Viabill at payment and you will be redirected to the Viabill page. From there, Viabill will request your phone number and send you a code (for security reason) and you will be able to pay with your debit or credit card!
Shipping and Handling
At this time, Esanssi is available in the United States and in Europe.
A tracking number will be provided with every shipment. Please, allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged please notify us ASAP by emailing photos and descriptions of how you received it.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, and without exception we cannot accept exchanges or returns.Â If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise. Take a photo of the damaged items and notify us as soon as possible via email (email@example.com)
